Darrell Ealey started fishing when he was seven-years-old. Today, his lifelong hobby benefits his clients. Fishing is like buying or selling a property, he says. It takes time, patience, knowledge, the right location, good luck and a good fishing partner. Darrell applies fishing lessons learned when he partners with clients. He helps them navigate real-estate waters that lead to decisions that suit their needs. Always spend as much time as it takes to meet my clients expectations and requirements, he says.
His clients often become friends and they provide the best referral network because of the partnership bonds formed. And, many of them call on him when they upgrade to larger homes or sell their properties when moving.
In addition to his real estate license, Darrell holds additional real estate designations that enhance his qualifications, such as Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and he also holds a broker-associate license. Darrell specializes in residential and commercial property sales. He chose a real estate career 17 years ago after 28 years in engineering-design and high-tech electronic sales of electronic components used in products from heart pacers to military avionics. He taught high school right after college which greatly enhanced his patience skills. Darrell is a Hokie a Virginia Tech graduate, class of '71 Let this fisherman be your guide when buying or selling your property.
